Directions at the top of Map page

I was using my C340 today to get to an address I had never been to. Wondering whether the unit was taking me through the Harbor Tunnel or Key Bridge, I touched the top of the page. This normally would then break down my directions and showing me where it was taking me. This time it was lock solid and wouldn't show me the different streets on the route. Then getting to within ten miles of the location the unit allowed me to touch the top and it worked showing me the way the GPS was taking me. Anyone know why it wouldn't allow me to see the route?

computers

If it were me to guess, as with any computer or processor there will be a glitch from time to time. IF this is a consistent problem than I would say this is a software issue or a hardware issue.

Thanks you're probably

Thanks you're probably right. Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I posted one day and was on a plane for work 3 hours later.

Touch screen bulls-eye

I too have had this reaction on a 660. I noticed the "directions" button does have a bullseye, in between the thirds of its width, and once aware haven't missed since. Haven't tried to realign screen, but feel its not necessary.
