Viewing POIs on my GPS

How can I view all the POIs I just loaded onto my Garmin Nuvi 660?

View map

Scroll around on the map.

zoom in

You will need to zoom in pretty close to see them.

Zooming

On the 7xx, I noticed that you have to zoom to 300ft or more to see the icons on the map.

BTW, is there a way to change that 300ft value?

If you want to see the listing of the Pois on your unit.Touch where to,my locations, extras and then touch custom pois.Once you touch the category you want to look at it will show the closest 50 to you.

Seeing Custom POIs - Nuvi 660

Help! I can't see my Custom POIs (geocaches) on visual map screen. I'd prefer to view while zoomed-out, the same way I view 'favorites' but anything would be better than what I have now (no view). I found the 'trick' to adjust the zoom (THX!)on the Gary Hayman site, but I still can't even see the custom POIs at FULL zoom. Originally had them loaded on sep memory card and moved them to the unit itself, still no results.

They show in the Custom POIs as a list and the checkered flag views when I select go to. But I really want to see them visually on the map as I'm driving around.

Any ideas, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

About the only way I know of getting them to show would be to assign a icon to the cache and then have it within about 50 feet of the road as you drive by.
