Hi All,
I was wondering what I am doing wrong with regard to uploading my custom poi to my Nuvi 350. I have put all of my adresses into an Excel spreadsheet with Lat in column A and Long in coulmn B and the name of the address in column C. I then saved the spreadsheet as a .csv file. I run the poi loader and it says that I have successfully installed 1293 poi. When I look under the Custom POI tab on my Nuvi, it comes up as no matches found. Can anyone out there direct me? I am a newbie to all of this so I am certain that it is something that I am not doing correctly.

The Longitude should be in Col A and the Latitude in Col B. Also, for US locations, the Longitude should be a negative value.
If you are still having problems, check under GPS models on this site for your model and it will explain how to find the custom pois.
