Hello

Hi Everyone!

Thought I would post a quick introduction. My name is Randy and I live in Arizona. I just purchased my first Garmin Nuvi (760) and stumbled across this site while doing some research on it. I was anxious to sign up and I'm looking forward to learning and contributing where I can. There's so many topics I want to better understand and I'm guessing this is a great place to start.

My last unit was the Garmin iQue M5 which I loved. I'm amazed at how far Garmin has advanced the GUI and technology of these devices. My friend had the 750 installed in his new car and I after I saw it and familiarized myself with it, I knew it was time to make the upgrade for my own vehicle – and I'm so glad I did!

Lastly, by day I'm a graphic designer. I've already been thinking of ideas for cool splash screens that I would like to make. Is there a section on this site where users are allowed to upload content to share with others or do we have to link to any personal content externally?

Happy navigating!

Dont' know for sure about splash screen content even though I'd like to see your work. But the 'icons' link in the main menu will show you what's been posted so far in the way of bitmaps.
