For some reason my volume on SOME of my poi are not loud anymore. I did use the program Audacity to get the volume up before but now it's not working. any advice?

Assuming that your volume is
Assuming that your volume is peaked in the controls
- Normal volume (Single tap on the power button)
- Settings --> Volume --> Review Navigation volume and MP3 volume. (Your alert volume is set by the MP3 setting as far as I can tell).
I would first check the source files...
Play them and see if the the sound is 'good'.
With a decent audio program you should be able to identify its peak levels.
Compare the peak levels some existing sound files that are known as good and go from there...
You may want to check out a program called MP3GAIN. It will level out all files pumped into it to the same level.
Batch all your audio alerts thru it...It will take alot of guess work out of any discrepancies between them.

Great info! Also thanks for the link. I have a audio alert that is soooooo much louder than the rest. Ill try the program and see if it can fix it.

Have you updated your software recently? If so, that could have knocked it out too.
