Only in the widescreen versions of the 255W & 265WT, will it have qwerty and alpha keyboard.
You can walk a horse to water, but a pencil has to be led.

... lack of a qwerty keyboard is a frequent -- and amazingly easily to correct -- complaint. Garmin continues to drop the ball on this one. Easy to correct with an update.
