No - you can not change the factory preloaded POI's.
and Yes - you can report errors so POI coordinates can be fixed in upcoming map releases or cancelled/added if POI's are new or no longer there.
No - you will not get a free map for reporting errors.
Then why report them? So you can have accurate POI's on your GPS.

I'd like to remove duplicates from the factory database, but alas, it is not possible.
