Street Pilot c580 POI problem

Newbie here....I've downloaded the latest POI Loader, created a folder for the POIs, etc., etc., and downloaded various POIs from this site to the new folder.
After completion of sending the POIs to the device using POI Loader, I get the final message that the download has been successful and "X" number of files have been send to the device. Yet in the Extras area on the c580 device, there are zero Custom POIs displayed.
I've read the FAQs here and researched but cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any additional help.

Push the screen on the "custom poi's" and you'll see them.

I had the same problem the first time I loaded (and then reloaded) POI's. Glad I could help.
