Loading poi on 4250

Hi just wondering I followed instructions trying to load poi on to gps I send it to gps after hooking up ubs cables and nothing happens any suggestions

Did you see the 4250 USB

Did you see the 4250 USB Drive on your computer? What POIs were you transfering, Magellan's stock POIs or POIs downloaded from here? What was the format of your POIs? What software did you use to transfer the POIs to your 4250? If you see the 4250 USB drive and if you are transferring the correct .MGLN files, you just need to copy directly to your root of SD card (if you have one inserted) from your computer with drag and drop.
