Hi,
Is there a way to store the exact position coordinate in Garmin 200 and later on retrieve it to use on Google Earth?

All you have to do is click on the vehicle icon. It will ask if you want to store in favorites. The lat and long is on this screen.

Like it has been said, pressing the vehicle on the screen will display the lat/long and let you save it to favorites.
If you are running windows, you can download the Nuvi Editor (http://www.poi-factory.com/node/16974) and play with it on the computer.
