My Nuvi 350 has been discontinued, therefore, I guess you could call it obsolete. I assume Garmin will not have any more updates for it? If I keep updating the maps each year how long do you think I will be able to use it before it becomes too old? I only bought it 2 months ago and they already discontinued it. Thanks
.
Garmin has had a history of supporting units long after they have been officially discontinued.
You should be able to continue to use it for as long as it serves your needs. Probably many, many years.
if it works, you wont need
if it works, you wont need any more firmware updates, im sure its been out long enough that they worked out the bugs.
you got a long way to go!

Don't worry be happy, they still update firmware on the street pilots that have also been discontinued. you will know when it's time to replace it. You will desert it before it does you.
