330 cannot be recognized as a drive when attached to a puter. Sorry amigo.
You can add poi's using Garmin's POI Loader program.
Not sure if this is what you were getting at.

You can do some things
recent selections. would like to get computer to recognize it like a usb device.
You can use POILoader for the POIs and Mapsource or EasyGPS to edit your favorites.
