Word 2003 seems to have XML & GPX Extensions for The Garmin

I just opened a GPX, I saved with Garmin Mapsource, in Microsoft word 2003 and it dowloaded XML and Garmin GPX extensions it then displays the file in and easy to edit form.
Just started playing so other's comments would be great
It seems to include things like the phone extensions
