I want to thank everyone who works on this site. It is an awsome idea. I am thrilled to have found it.

I have downloaded a couple of poi files and was able to succesfully install them to my gps. The problem is I can't seem to get my gps to use them. Specificly I have loaded the Home depot stores for GA. When I do a search on my gps it still finds 2 stores within 50 miles and they are both far away. (30-40 miles) I know for sure there is at ;east 7 within 15 miles and most are on the new poi list I downloaded from here.

Are you sure you gave unique names to each Home Depot location? If you had 5 "Home Depot Atlanta", all but the first one would be deleted from the POI file when you created it. Have to put a store # or street in with the name 'Home Depot'to make it unique. Hope this helps
