Street Pilot C330 Replacement

I'm looking to replace my C330. It's getting a little long in the tooth. I'd like to replace it with a comparable model. The only upgrades I'd like to see would be the speech to text, (like the C340) and the Mass Storage option with ability to upload routes from the PC to it.

What are some of the suggested models? I don't need mp3 player, I have a radio, and don't need bluetooth and all those types of bells and whistles.

c330 replacement

I moved up from the 330 to a nuvi 660. It has the bells and whistles but you can buy it today for a great price. You may be surprised how useful the bells and whistles can be.

nuvi series

can't go wrong with the nuvi units. I have nuvi360 - great value for the $

Nüvi 7xx, 5xx or 8xx ranges then. (The 5xx does tracks...I think it does routes as well)

My point about the stuff like hands free telephone and traffic alerts is that a)don't need them, b)don't want them, c) not going to pay for stuff I don't need.

Besides, I want a unit that does one thing, and does it well. Not a unit that does 10 things, none of them very well.

Besides, I already have a discontinued unit. I don't need another.

Thanks, I'll take some closer looks at the 5xx series. The 7 and 800 series all have too much stuff added. Added stuff = added price.

Bought One

I settled on the Nuvi 760. It's got a bunch of the stuff on it I specifically didn't want. But Circuit city has it for $299. That's the same as what I paid for my 330 3 years ago. And got free shipping.
