Question about my first download

I just did my first download to my Nuivi 350 and loaded rest areas. All seemed to go well but I don't know what I should do when I look at my GPS. Where would I find the rest areas I just down loaded? If I am driving on the highway how would I find the rest areas?

I loaded the rest areas the other day on my Nuvi 650. I press "Where to" on the main page, then "Extras" on the next page.
Custom POIs are displayed next.
Select "custom POI's then the rest areas are displayed closest to your location. Keep in mind that if you are traveling the listing will change as you travel as long as your satelites are tracked.

I was just looking over the FAQ links on the web site after reading someone else's post that it helped them answere a question. You might want to look through those for some basic help.
And lenster111 had a good reply on how to find them on your gps unit.

As infrequent as the rest areas are, most people prefer to have an alert when one is coming up. To learn about setting alerts, see:

Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

My 360 doesn't have "Extras".
It's "Where to" then "My Locations" then "Custom POIs"
I think the 350 and the 360 are similar in this respect.
One way or the other, the Custom POIs are in "Where to"
