i had my Jack TTS do alot of stuttering and asked my contact to send me a link to the latest files - Voila, i got in the mail the link with the latest voices.
just thought to share with every one what a great company Garmin really is

For future reference you can obtain all of the latest voice files and updates for your unit by using WebUpdater. If your Garmin contact was REALLY good they would have told you that in the first place!

IMO, it would have been far more appropo, and given a resolution to a problem. Just a thought.

you are right, but this was only to show that the Garmin Rep was trying to help me out without downloading the firm ware and it fixed the bad voice of jack TTS.

In the future i will use the method described in
http://www.poi-factory.com/node/16646
that makes alot of sense for the download all other needed voices without the fimware.
