Garmin Problems

Trying to get some information from the site on who has contacted Garmin on unit freezing or blacking out.
If you would answer this post just putting your:
Unit I.D. ( ie 350, 750, 760, ect).
Date called Garmin or E-Mailed.
Whom you spoke to.
Answer given to you.
Please only put the information request.

I thought that this post could only have the information requested without all the other comment's that are generally made to make it simple and easier to send to Garmin SENCE they apparently aren't aware of the problem.

Of course they know about the problem, you should take MM's advise and call back and talk to someone else. Who knows the person you talked to might have just started new on the job?
I would imagine Garmin goes through help quickly, just like any other company call center does, You might want to ask that your call be elevated to the next level of support and be sure to get a support number for your call.

I Know They Know
Of course they know, I Know, You Know and everyone else knows. But that isn't the point. The point is they are not saying they know. If all of what I have read on this site is true then they must have all new people every day. Because no one knows.
Don't want to get into a big frenzy about this.
I under stand your point and MM point.
But this is what I think. You may not agree with me but that's OK that is how things get fixed.
