RR Xings files UPDATED

I have just updated the last 25 RR Xings files I uploaded.
I had to update because the comment field had wrong data in it.
I am not sure how it happened but my macro used to manipulate the Federal Railroad Admin database quite working properly.
I was using an "IF" statement to evaluate a field for a NUMBER value(1,2,3). It was working properly as my first 13 files I ran worked properly.
I had to change the "IF" statement to evaluate the number in the cell as TEXT because it started to fail when using it to evaluate the cell as a VALUE.
Somehow the column formating must be changing the value from NUMBER to TEXT. Not sure why but that seems to be the problem.
I had a lot of trouble troubleshooting this error. Because looking at the macro it looked good so I had a hard time figuring out why it wasn't working.
I then got a bright idea (Even at my age I get them once in a while)to change the "IF" to evaluate it cell as text, AND IT WORKED!
So any of you that has downloaded any of the RR Xings DATA files probably should download it again.
If you look at the file you have already downloaded and the comment field (field 4 in Excel) are not all ending with "Public - RRUnder _ NoSignSig" then you are alright. If they do all end with "Public - RRUnder _ NoSignSig" download an updated file.

48 Contig
I have completed and uploaded all 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. The last 10 I did today so it will probably be tomorrow before all 49 are available.
Just added: ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TX, VT, WI, IA, KY
There are a total of 286,108 crossing listed IN 48 files. This is out of 402903 starting crossings with duplicates and crossings with no coordinates listed..

The NC file has many rows of stray commas at the end.

is there a way that you could zip the file and send it to me via email??? i had all downloaded and set the way i wanted them, then came the update, it took over an hour just to flip back and forth to get all d/l files, if you could do this i would be in your debt!
