Nuvi 760 routing "off road"

Noticed an oddity with my 760 the other day. I have my home location set a few feet into my driveway. That's where I was parked when I set the Home location. It's about 10 feet in from the street to where the Nuvi is in the car.
If I select "Go Home" it will say "in point 1 miles, arrive at home - on left" when I get approach my home.
If instead I actually build a route to take me home, using the exact same Home waypoint as the destination, the 760 will say "in point 1 miles, navigate off road" instead.
10 feet? Why would a simple waypoint navigation see it as "at home" and a route see it as 10 feet "off road"?

When you say go home it is telling you when you arrive at home. When you do a way point that is exactly what it is. You are just using the coordinates of your home location...Sounds to me like it is working ok....
