How to link custom POI to Garmin default POI catalog ?

Hi,

I found the POIs posted here are very useful. Thanks for the great job! One question I have is: do we have a way to merge the custom POIs into the catalog of built-in POI database ? For example, if I add a custom POI of local restaurant, is there a way to categozie them into "American", "Italian", "Chinese" and let my custom POI show up when I pick the respective flavor of resturant under POI/Food/ ?

In short, the answer is NO - you cannot combine the Custom POIs into the built-in POI listings.

I also think the POI's are great, but it would be even better if someone found a way to add them to the regular POI list. Oh well
