Doesn't anyone know how to do it and not have to pay for an extra program?
Thanks.

If recollect correctly when
If recollect correctly when I visited the Navigon Booth in CES in January of this year, that was one of the features at that time that was not available on their units. Hopefully in the future, they will put that feature in.

You already started a thread and asked the same question here:

I don't know of another, I'm sure there is though, I use the program POI-Warner myself. well worth the money, because it handles POI's much better that Garmin does just for starters.

How to add POI (free or own created) to Navigon 2110 max????
Funny how you keep repeating yourself Dog-Poop!
And you also keep plugging the extra sowtware (!!!! are you a salesperson for them) to do the job of adding POI (files) to the Navigon navigator. Why people keep asking is because it seems bad business to sell you (I have one, wish I had done some more background study on the product) a car navigator and then NOT be able to easily add your favorite places. I have a Nokia GPS phone that does this with onboard sw that costs me 0$!!!!
SO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO ADD ONE'S OWN POI to the Navigon ... either by a free site (to do the conversion) or by free sw (available to download from internet) or by simply doing the attaching oneself???
The whole idea of having a navigation product that makes it hard to add one's own lists... is bad business in the long run.

nopr not a salesman, just a happy user. I have many GPSr's. Navigon happens to be my favorite. I learned how to add poi's myself just doing a search on google, however you don't like my answer and called me a salesman for the product that does what you need.
So I guess your on your own as far as I am concerned.

Which version of POI-Warner?
The POI-Warner site does not list the Navigon 2100. Which version of POI-Warner do you use on the 2100? My 2100 comes with the standard memory card and has only about 350 Mb of room on it. Will I need to install a larger memory card and then reload all of the map data onto the larger card, just so I can load POI-Warner? Does Navigon have any warranty problems with the use of POI-Warner? How does the Navigon internal software interact with the POI-Warner software, i.e., does the Warner software take over the screen when approaching a POI in its file and then go back to the normal Navigon screen after the POI has been passed?
