Navigation sent me to the express lanes

So, I was traveling to Anaheim this past weekend and my Nuvi routed me from I-10, to CA-60, to CA-91. WHile on CA-91, it told me to get on the Express Lanes. Next thing I know, I see a sign saying that the edpress lanes are electronic toll only and they do not accept cash. Being from Arizona, I don't have the FastTrack toll system. Since I am prohibited from getting back into the regular lanes, I have to take the express lanes and I go underneath the electronic sensors. My question to anyone who lives in the Riverside area, is the State of California going to send me a ticket? If so, is it actually a moving violation or just a fine?
My advice to the married males - don't get between your wife and Jill (generally). Although in this case, they were both wrong!

Most toll plazas, like the ones here in Illinois allow you to pay a "missed" toll on-line. If you check the Toll Authority's site they should have something similiar. It happens quite often here as well.

It won't be a fine or moving violation
They just want the toll money and being from out of state they may let it slide.....

91 Express Requires account to use?
According to their website, you are required to have an account to use it - http://www.91expresslanes.com/violations/commonquestions.asp
I like it here in Illinois - as previously mentioned, if you miss a toll, you can pay online. Once, while traveling west toward Wisconsin on I-90, the "Manual" lanes were on the right, and auto or iPass users on the left. I was in the middle lanes to pay cash (this was years ago, before I had an iPass.) All went well, until I hit one toll stop, in which case the middle lane was iPass ONLY - which I did not notice. So I proceeded through as I could not switch lanes by the time I noticed. I called the toll authority and inquire how to pay my missed toll. They basically said to not worry about it, but I haven't missed another toll since.
This has to be one of the few remaining states that take pennies in the automatic lanes, except that with Open Road Tolling, cash pays double. Sounds like my chances at a casino.
And now, back to your regularly scheduled forum - already in progress . . .

WOW....they don't seem very forgiving at all.
It's pay the fine or fight em.
Kind of sucks if your an out-of-towner and not familiar with the road system.
