How do you set different distance (feet) for different types of POI for the Nuvi 760? Example: rest area, red light cameras or is it built into the csv file.

Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

But, to answer your question, run POILoader in manual mode. This allows you to change the alert setting and/or set alerts for the various POIs.
