I'm new to this whole GPS thing, however the TomTom One that I was given for Christmas has proven invaluable in everything that I have used it for. I travel on occassion for work and have used it. I was really surprised how accurate it is and how it really brings you almost to the front door of your destination.
My concern is that I am finding it difficult to add updates in my area that are not on the GPS system at present. Is there anyway that I can do this without having a degree in "GPSology".

Are you asking about POI's (points of interest like coffee shops etc.), or updates from Tom Tom?

Hi rayfitz50 and welcome,
We just need to know a little bit more; are you talking about adding data from POI-Factory to your unit?
Let us know if this is the case and we'll help you through it.
It may seem complicated, but I'm sure you'll breeze through doing it after the first couple of times.
