Poi's

The Zumo 500 and the 550 will show them under Custom poi's when loaded with the Garmin Poi loader not under your favorites

Download options Location-based content: Garmin Travel Guide,™ SaversGuide® and custom points of interest (POIs).
You can also use Customized vehicle icons for moving map

POI missing

I loaded several POI files including the redlight cameras, state parks and several others, and lastly Harley dealers. I was able to see all the POIs then the unit asked to import new data, I said yes and now all I can see is the Harley dealers. Anyone know what happened? are the other POIs still there or did they get deleted?

Do you use poiloader and

Do you use poiloader and direct it to the main folder. If you done 1 poi custom file and went back and done another it overwrites it.They all need to be in a folder and downloaded all at one time.

.

And on the Zumo it's better to always load them to the Zumo itself and not to the SD card. Otherwise you will always get the prompt to import the data and there's no way to get rid of the prompt.

Working now

I put all POIs in a folder and installed them and when the unit asked to manage new data I said no and they are all there now. Thanks for the help.
