Unable to send route from Google maps

Is anyone using Firefox 3 to send route to Garmin through Google maps?

I am using Firefox 3 and choosing a direction in Google maps. When I click on "Send" - only the email option shows up, "Send to GPS" is not available.

I confirmed that I have Garmin Communicator (V 2.5.2.0) is installed. (On firefox went to Tools -> Add ons -> clicked on Plugins -> Garmin Communicator shows up). Also, I have absolutely no problem detecting the unit as well (through http://www8.garmin.com/products/communicator/test/)

Not sure why only "send to email" option shows up. I've used IE 7 as well without any luck. Does anyone know what am I missing?

Well, you have two problems.

Well, you have two problems.

First, Google doesn't yet support sending routes to the GPS unit. You can only send individual points. (MapQuest supports routes.)

However, your bigger problem is that the nuvi 350 does not support stored routes no matter where they come from.

I think I have explained my

I think I have explained my problem wrong. Basically this is what I'm doing:
I'm going to google maps - clicking on "get direction". Then I'm putting my starting address and end address to get direction.

Then I'm clicking on "Send" and I'm getting only "Send email" option. I'm not getting "send to GPS".

Just put in a single address

Just put in a single address and search. You should then get option to send to GPS.

Did you read her post? Do you have a nuvi 350 or are you trying to send a route to a different gps?

If so, from MM's post: only (MapQuest supports routes.)

Edit: That means you can't send routes from Google Maps to any gps....
