Subway Ontario - CSV - POI File Editor Issue

Newbie here.
This CSV file has commas to seperate the fields. When I open the CSV file and assign the columns as Longitude, Latitude and so on, it's ok until I reach a column with the address, or Description. Within the Description, there are commas, which the Editor sees as a separate field. Confused? Sorry about that.
Any advice? Do I fix the file manually somehow first before importing?
I don't know about that particular file
but all the POI files I make in .csv format have the following structure:
-longitude,latitude,"name of location","details of location"
I use Notepad for generating file and then I use Excel when I want to count lines and sort locations by coordinates. In Excel it would show up in 4 columns !

Within the details, a comma exists
Such as this:
-longitude,latitude,"name of location","details, of location"
A comma
A comma located "within" the quotation marks will not effect the info or how the POI works.
