Hi I just register my new Nuvi 200w and tried to download the new maps. I was not able to do it but the website shows the following;

Does this mean I'm going to get it sometime or do I have to tried to download it again?

I would call Garmin and get a clarification. Maybe they are sending you one automatically. Best to find out what is going on....

Update

It looks as if you have already registered for your free update. You probably just need to download it now unless you specifically ordered the DVD which would have required you to pay $10.

Go back to the site and try the download. If you are unsure as to what is actually going on you can contact Garmin toll free at 1-800-800-1020. Their hours are Monday - Friday 7 AM to 7 PM US Central Time.
