One quick point: As you have seen (and commented) on the Extra_POI_Editor thread, http://www.poi-factory.com/node/21156?page=12, that file has mixed line endings with mostly LF and just one line with CR/LF, which sends TurboCCC program (and probably others as well) to the lala land. Could you please just open that Lowe's file with Excel and save it back so that all the line endings are the same. That would at least solve that particular case. Thank you.

It seems the files has been updated with CRLF. Can I have the original file with the LF only? I need it to adapt EPE. Thanks.

The current file is missing well over 200 locations. According to the website, there are now about 1699 locations in the US. I have grabbed the locations and formatted them in my excel format to create CSV and GPX files.

Next I will incorporate the existing coordinates and track done the new ones. After that I will apply the changes on shown on this forum.

Miss POI

I have been working on this file now for the last couple of days. If you have someone else who wants it, I can send them the work I will have at that point and they can ignore it or take it from there.

The file does require a fair bit of work. I am keeping the existing ifo, but putting in the "Official Name" as per the website. At this point I am not touching the coordinates except to add the missing ones

I was able to grab the Names, Address, Phone, Fax and hours from the Website of all 1699 locations. I combined this with the existing file and use the coordinates where it was a match. There are 16 locations that I am trying to get accurate coordinates for.

This Lowes is in the wrong place

The store is a little NW at

For some reason if you look up the address (20364 Plantations Road, Lewes, DE 19958) it brings you to a housing developement. I tried it on google, mapquest, bing, itouchmap.com and they all put the lowes over the houses. It's actually up the street 0.3 miles
I was at 8 of the 10 Lowe's in DE yesterday and that was the only one that was off. I will also verify all the NJ and PA stores in the next month or so.

These are the 2 Chicago area stores that are closed already and the only 2 I have addresses for:

*Schaumburg store, located at 101 N. Barrington Road,

*Elgin store, at 629 S. Randall Road
