Icons On Map

I noticed that when I'm navigating to a locatiion, I can't see my POI icons. My Nuvi 660 will not let me zoom in no closer than 500 feet. But when I'm not navigating (GPS is following me around) I can zoom down to 120 feet and see all icons. What can I do to see my icons when in navigation mode?

are you using 3d or 2d mode. In 2d I can zoom in navigation and see icons.

I have tried 2D and 3D modes and I still can't zoom in no closer than 500 feet then navigating to a location. Can other Nuvi 660 users (or Nuvi users in general) zoom in closer than 500 feet to see icons on the map when navigating to a location?
