Newly organized Rest Areas page

I have just finished reorganizing our Rest area files and I am hoping that they are easier to find now. Here is a link to the POI Package http://www.poi-factory.com/node/14656

I will also be doing the same thing with some of our other files like the State Parks, National Parks, Cemeteries & Ham Radio Repeaters.
