Hi. I'm new here so pardon the stupid question. What is the definition of a "combined" list? How does it differ from a simple list? Thanks.

Combined sometimes means all

Combined sometimes means all the states in one file;) Instead of uploading a bunch of separate state files you can get it all in one.
