What exactly is the problem you are having?File not showing up on gps or the download itself?

I see that you are a paid subscriber, when you load the file to your unit using POI Loader you will not see the file show up when you use the browse feature.

You just have to trust that it has found the file.

Let me know how this works.

I would have thought a paid subscriber would get an automatic Windmill which is why I thought they were not an active member.

Seems like a good idea to give paid subscribers an automatic windmill?

Nah, I keep loosing my windmill because I don't post often. So I come back once in a while to post and get my windmill back. I think that is what the star in the circle is?

Star in the circle is for POI Contributors, those that send in POI Files, locations for other files, icons and sounds.

We have not set up an icon for subscribers and we are not able to hook it into the windmill icon because the active member program is a separate system then the subscriber system.

Miss POI

I’m assuming you are at the red-light download page.

Click on the file you wish to down load. (Red-light) it will ask you if you want to save it.

Save it to a place you can find.

Next run the poi loader with your unit attached,

You want to download it to a Garmin device. Select Next.

The poi loader should find your device if it is connected and turned on (It normally turns on when you connect the device). After it finds your device, Select next.

Select install custom poi’s onto your device.

Select next, and then browse to the location of the file you downloaded. I use Feet and MPH, You can use express, then click on next..

That should do it..
