Hi nicpfeif12,
Connect your C330 to the computer with your USB cable and it will mount on your desktop. Then you can use the Garmin WebUpdater.app or the Garmin PoiLoader.app. at that time.
Those two applications can be found on the Garmin website...
WebUpdater:

Poi Loader:

HTH (hope that helps)

Patience is a virtue

Maybe you should.
Time from first post until this post: 13 minutes.
Your "urgent" request without explaining why it is so "urgent" and then acting like you are hurt because nobody was right there to jump when you called...........
All sounds a bit egotistical to me.

Yeah, really impatient... Call Garmin.
Chill out...
Dang dude....3 posts in 13 minutes, begging for some software to do something that you can't explain or give us some kind of information about....
Tell us what you're trying to do, all you said was organize your garmin....OK, organize what??? POI's, the extra files on your Garmin, Organize Favroites, tell us.
While there are active users in these forums, I don't think there is someone sitting here 24/7 waiting for a new post to show up. This is a hobby for many of us, and don't look but a few times a day.
I hope you've found what you needed, either here or on another forum....

Oh come on guys, are you
Oh come on guys, are you telling me that you have never been in a position where you are about to leave for a trip and you are frantically trying to get all the last minute stuff done?
There are moments in life where you just get desperate and sound a call for help.
Miss POI

(Sigh...) Thanks, Miss POI. So much for your kinder and gentler plea of a few weeks ago.

I kind of agree with what you are saying but he wasn't been realistic, I saw the posting the minute he placed it but since I'm not familiar with his GPSr I did not reply and probably many others did the same.
Reminded me when my children were little throwing a tantrum and threatening to go find the answer somewhere else, or when I was working and the boss demanding an answer NOW!
I know how much you like for the old timers in the forum to be gentle and civilized when answering questions of other users, but the same should be expected of the people posting questions.

sorry...
I wasn't trying to bash the guy, just that his expectation of less than 15 minutes to get his problem resolved just was not realistic at all.
Anytime I've post a question, I've never expected it to be answered till later in the day or the next.
Also, it looked as if he didn't even try to search for an answer, he just wanted one handed to him.
This is just like all teh "Map Update" threads.... soo many people not doing a search before starting a new thread.

Sorry
I agree with you I know it is easier to ask but it does get a little boring when you see the same thread with the same question everytime. Well both be in trouble now but if not us it would be someone else.

Not to mention
That if he had checked on the Garmin download site he would have found the software he was looking for. It is usually the first place that I look, then ask for help when I can't find it.
I just didn't like when he threatened to go somewhere else for his answer because we weren't quick enough for him.
