2009 map Source

After spending 30 minutes on the phone waiting for tech service to answer after explaining that I was having trouble with my disk loading to the nuvi 350 the tech said he would have to transfer me to a mac tech......Well I lost the connection and had to dial again and wait another 30 minutes.....the tech I talked to seemed knowledgable and took over the functions of my computer and attempted to change to software on my garmin because he said it was corrupted and there was a glitch in that version.....after spending 1 hour with him changing this and that the screen went white and the tech said oops it looks like you will have to send it back to us for a new one...He did not know if the new one would have the 2009 maps on it.....He did not think so.....I sure hope I don't have to go thru this same hassle if I have to try to load this disk to another gps......I also wonder if they are going to cover the 20 dollars it cost to ship it back to them......Beings it was their tech's fault that it broke...Any one out there have experience with returning things to garmin?????
