POI Loader Error Message

Hi - I'm new to the GPS world. I have a Nuvi 350 and began downloading Custom POI's to the Nuvi internal storage with success. When I downloaded POI's to the SD card I am getting this message from POI Loader:
"Problem copying data to the data card"
"The parameter is incorrect"
Is anyone familiar with this message?

Yes check the file it

Yes check the file it doesn't like as there is probably an error in the file.. Does it say what line the error is on? If so check lines in that area and you should find the trouble..

POI Loader Error Message

Raybonz - Thanks for the reply.
When I downloaded all the POI's to the Nuvi internal storage there was no error message from POI Loader. When I decided to split the POI's (Red-light POI's to NUVI, every other POI file to SD card), the Loader error message came up.
What I want to do is selectively put certain Custom POI's into the Nuvi and the rest of the less-response sensitive POI's to the SD card. I thought I had this squared away until this error message came up for the files that I wanted to store in the SD card.
I wonder what this parameter is incorrect message is?

Just a shot in the dark ,try

Just a shot in the dark ,try formatting the SD card as only "FAT" and then if that takes it, you then can keep that way or try "FAT32", but guess it should work with just plain "FAT"

If the problem continues ask

If the problem continues ask JM to take a look at the file I've seen him do that before. Ken is this a poi file you created or downloaded here?

raybonz - all my custom

raybonz - all my custom POI's have been from this site. Like I said, my problem only comes up when I choose the SD card as my destination. The Nuvi 350 recognizes the SD card already (did not need to format). I've loaded the SD card with over 100 songs and have been using it.

Right click on my computer,

Right click on my computer, select manage, then disk management and then highlight the drive of the SD card and find how it is formatted. I still think it needs to be formatted in "FAT" instead of maybe "FAT32", since this is where you having the problem
