Casinos on 650

I've noticed that some casinos are on the preloaded software on the 650 and others are not. Why is this?

I would say that they most likely just put the major ones and not every casino in the states. Same as wiht restraunats, you will find the chain type more that jus the ones in a certain area, some one else may have a different view than mine.
