There are a number of campgrounds listed in the POI files under campgrounds. including KOA campgrounds in canada

After looking through all the campground poi's I don't see any from Sask. Have you tried doing a search on the internet in that area for campgrounds?

You can get the file then do
You can get the file then do a edit on it and get rid of the ones you dont want.
