Download csv, mp3 and bmp file and have Garmin poiloader installed. How step by step create that I will see bmp file as rest area icon, mp3 plays REST AREA?

Yes, you need to download whichever files you are interested in and load them to your unit. Once you get the hang of it, it's not too cumbersome.

You don't have to use either a custom sound alert or custom icon -- just go with the defaults. Don't know how you could have personal choices of sounds and icons and yet do a single download.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

I believe (because he posted it in another thread) that he was looking to be able to download one giant POI file with all the POI files in it.
