Converting downloaded POI file using PoiEdit

I downloaded the POI files for Virginia and Maryland. Virginia converted using PoiEdit, but the Maryland file would not. I got this error message: 'Panera - Forest Drive' is not a valid floating point value. Any thoughts?

My bad. I down loaded the Panera Bread POI files for Virginia and Maryland.

Ok, I found a bunch of formatting errors (non-standard line breaks) in the Maryland Panera file. I sent a message to the file author offering the corrected file, but I haven't gotten a response. If I don't hear back from him, I will contact Miss POI with the corrected file.

Thanks MM, I solved my problem by comparing a text printout of the file I was able to convert with the one I couldn't. Found carriage returns which I removed, and then the file converted with PoiEdit. Thanks again for your help.
