Includes 3756 locations in the following areas:

  • United States: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY
  • Canada: QC
  • some may be in: DC, MEX, NB, ON, RI (near a border)

This file contains Exxon/Mobil stations along and around the US Interstate system. I began by going to the Exxon/Mobil Locator website and plotting a route from the beginning of each interstate to the end. The locater then printed the route with all the stations along that route. I think I've gotten all the current Interstate Highways (including spurs and beltways). The vast majority of the geo-codes were obtained via GPS Visualizer's Easy Batch Geocoder. A few dozen had to be researched using the Internet, Microsoft Streets and Trips and Google Earth. I hope the locations are reasonably accurate, but welcome any corrections you may find. There is one apparent duplicate, but this is actually due to the northbound and southbound service plaza on the Illinois Tri-State Tollroad (I-80 and I-294). The plaza straddles both sides of the highway with the restaurant, restroom, etc. area actually located over the highway connecting both sides of the plaza.

4/28/06 Removed Springhill Food Mart, which is now closed. Corrected Geocode for McGehee Road Exxon.
