Garmin's 680 and MSN problems...

When is Garmin or MSN gonna fix the problems with the 680 and the "weather Alert" icon. "no match found"!
It's getting old Garmin. Kick MSN in the butt and get them moving on a fix.
My weather alert has been on my unit for over 8 month now.
I cant understand whats with Garmin "software" support. I would have to think they are out to lunch and have been for almost 3/4's of a year. Seems odd they have time to produce software variations for all the new and improved Nuvi's, but cant seem to get time to fix the software thats already out there. They are not even close to being as good as regular tech support, which I rate A+. If this problem is something that MSN is responsible for, then it is up to Garmin to demand it gets a fix for.
