The image can be in two

The image can be in two places....in the nuvi's internal memory or the SD card. Take out the SD card and check if you still see the jpeg on the Nuvi. If you can't see it, the image is on the card. Put the card in your computer and delete the image.

trash can

Do you have an Mac or a PC?
Someone the other day had a similar problem with a Mac and he was adviced to check the trash can in the Mac and I believe he found the file there.

Try this if the .jpeg is on a SD card.. place the SD card in the slot of your Nuvi and start the Nuvi up.

Tap the Wrench/Settings icon, tap Picture Viewer, tap Slide Show. When the .jpeg that you don't want appears on screen tap on it. In the upper left of the screen is 'Dispay At Power On?'

Tap the square to remove the checkmark. Then hold the Back button and you'll be back to the Menu Screen.

What is the picture of? One that you put in or one that you have no idea where it came from? Is it in the root of the garmin folder or the root of the device?
