No Phone number

I can see that my Garmin knows were the rest areas ,but why won't it tell me the adress or the telephone number. The thing is when i load the point of intrest the phone number is already in the spreadsheet

What column has the phone#?

If the spreadsheet has more than 4 columns, that might be the trouble. The POILoader ignores anything beyond the 4th column.
