New Vehicles and Nuvi 200

A new user here again. Is it posible to add new vehicles such as the Navi_girl.srf to a Nuvi 200 for use in pedestria mode?

If so, how? Does the POI-LOADER hadle that too?

Cars you add manually

With the cars you just add the files manually to the folder location on the nüvi when plugged into your computer.

Forget folder name

I don't have my nüvi handy, but the folder is obviously names, something like "Autos", "Cars", etc.

Vehicle Icons

When downloading the vehicle icon, the vehicle icon is a .srf file which is compressed in a zip file. You can use any file compression utility or the one built in XP. Unzip the file by extracting the icon to a folder that’s easy for you to find. Then just copy and paste the vehicle icon to the vehicle folder in your Garmin drive.

With the gps hooked up to your pc via USB. Click on start, my computer, double click on the Garmin drive, double click on the Garmin folder and open the vehicle folder. This is where you store your vehicle icons.

It Worked!

Thanks everyone. It worked. I may not be able to play any of the mp3 Alerts, but do have some control of my vehicles now.
