Google Earth Question

I have been using Google Earth to create POI files. I'm trying to create a file for veterinarians, because Garmin Nuvis don't have a POI category for veterinarians. I am trying to create separate files for each state, then I will combine them when I have all of the state files created. I have performed a business search for Veterinarians for the first two states. Each of these searches had a total of 990 locations found. It displays them in groups of 10.

The line that indicates "95 96 97 98 99 100> seems to indicate that there are more than 990. But when I click on 100 or >, it displays the group of 10 through 990. It won't display anything beyond that. When I save a KML file, 990 businesses are saved in the file.

Am I reaching some internal limit on found businesses? Is there a way to locate more than 990 businesses?

This is a great idea. I

This is a great idea. I travel with my pet a lot and it is just plain smart to know where a pet doc is near by in case of emergencies or what-not.

Thanks for doing this. I hope you upload soon. Sorry about your Google Earth problem. I have no clue. Just wanted to give you a preemptive thanks.

No man means all he says, and yet very few say all they mean, for words are slippery and thought is viscous.

Darrell,

Before you spend a whole lot of time and effort on the project check out the existing Animal Hospitals file on this site: http://www.poi-factory.com/node/15044

You might be trying to reinvent the wheel.

Cheers wink
