Love "Unread Posts" Option, but..

Is there anyway to mark all the UNREAD posts to READ so that I can start with a clean slate? In other words, I am still a relative newbie to the site but have 16 pages of UNREAD posts to read. Would be nice to start right now and just see the latest users inputs rather than those back when the site just opened.
Finally, I am usually most interested in the General Discussion and Garmin areas. Is there a way to just see the UNREAD posts in that certain areas rather than all areas?
BTW.. love the site and especially the curteous way it is monitored. I live near the Destin area of Florida so if anyone needs a custom POI of a particular thing in that area, just ask.

As a work around, you can go to the forums you don't want to read and use the new "Mark all topics as read." feature to take them off your unread posts list.
Eventually, I hope to enhance the unread posts feature so that it can show a single forum at a time.
