Godiva Chocolatier "Boutique" stores for US and Canada, excluding third party Godiva outlets (e.g. Macy's, Barnes & Noble). Address taken from the Godiva website (http://www.godiva.com/) and batch geocoded (http://www.batchgeocode.com/).

Data unconfirmed, and I make no promises how accurate they are. Any corrections will be appreciated.

Not all states or provinces have Godiva Boutiques. I don't think I'll move to Montana.
