I received a Nuvi 650 for Christmas and had to return it when I discovered a broken contact point in the windshield mount. I upgraded to the 750 and have noticed a significant delay in aquiring the satellites. Is this a known problem?
Acquisition Time
When I bring my inside and it loses the satellites it takes about 2 min to acquire them. This would apply to moving the unit a long distance with it turned off. Otherwise it takes about 10-30 seconds.

750 Satellite Acquisition Time
I now have Firmware version 2.5 on my 750. Am currently traveling. After being shut down with the 12 volt cord disconnected for more than 15 hours on two occasions (so far), the Nuvi got a satellite fix with all 5 bars less than 5 seconds after start-up. Kind of surprised me. I'm impressed!
